THE FIRE WITHIN



'The Fire Within' (French: 'Le feu follet') is a film of 1963 French directed by Louis Malle. It is based on the novel of the same name by Pierre Drieu La Rochelle. Film high-speed motorboats Maurice Ronet like Alain Leroy, an alcoholic of recovery to a private clinic of readjustment in Versailles which suffers from the depression. He decides to finish his life, but initially decides to return visit to his friends to Paris one time passed, in an attempt to find a reason to continue to live.

LOOKING GLASS SHATTERED: BLACK MOON



Out of the apocalyptic Moon of Black of the imagination of Louis Malle, the Lily (Cathryn Harrison, the grand-daughter of Rex) involves a reduction road alone, and is soon in an alternate world full with the sequiturs and odd characters. Sometimes, this resembles a film of David Lynch, which with old lady conversing with a rat, a package of naked children driving out a pig, a speaking unicorn, a strange twin unit incestuous of same probably parents(one of which is 'underground' high-speed motorboat of film, Joe Dallesandro), and several other deformed prepared blows. Malle supposedly gathered the inspiration for the account of this film of his own dreams.
