WHO I AM AND WHAT I WANT

Chris Shepherd and David Shrigley, 2005 (7 min. 20 sec.)

'This is about who I am and what I want. It’s not about who you are and what you want. You always think everything I write is about you but it’s not. It’s all about me. So don’t get upset and say that I misunderstand you because it’s not your words I’m writing it’s mine. I don’t care about you and I don’t care about what you want just shut up and
listen...' – David Shrigley

'Who I am…' (Excerpt)

EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE! THE MOVIE

Ghoul Skool, Commodore Gilgamesh, and Future Schlock, 2009 (51 min.)

If you find amusement acknowledging tracking problems on a video uploaded to Youtube, this is an hour for you.

Continuing in the visual tradition of Doug Smith’s SubGenius Barrage tape, the work of Craig Baldwin, and more recently the methods of TV Carnage and Animal Charm, EIT takes discarded VHS instructional tapes, vanity projects of deluded 'experts', and some of the stupidest films ever made, to present an hour perfectly honed for another generation laughing at the latest dead media.

'SINGING BABIES!'

'The Ballad of Vincent'

ROCK & ROLL SCOPITONES

Compiled by Spike Priggen, 2009 (90 min.)

Forerunner of the music video, Scopitones were a type of jukebox with a 16mm film component. Having gained popularity in Europe in the 1950s, eventually the machines could be found in the United States by the mid -1960s.

Musician Spike Priggen (author of the Bedazzled blog) has compiled 39 of his favorite Scopitone films for this unusual collection. Featuring Rockabilly, Garage, Yé-Yé, Pop-Psych, Surf, Instrumental, R&B, and Folk-Rock acts.

'Cara-Lin' by Les 5 Gentlemen

'A Whiter Shade Of Pale' by Procol Harum
